Ever since TruGreen merged with Scott's Lawn, I have seen a remarkable improvement in service and my lawn continues to look great.

We have been TruGreen customers for 7 years at our current home and for 11 years at our previous home. We have enjoyed beautiful results with our lawns at both homes. Our lawn looks so green and it is very healthy. We have used the tree and shrub service for a few years now and are very pleased with the health and growth of our trees, especially three small trees that we thought were in bad shape when we moved in. We are located on a well-used walkway/trail and whenever we are outside, we receive compliments and questions from nearly everyone that walks by. Our TruGreen technicians always talk with us, give us advice and check back to make sure we are satisfied. When we have had a question, we have gotten a follow-up phone call right away.

They always call 1 or 2 day before coming out to service our lawn this is a reminder so that we will be able to give them access to the areas of our yard and we can keep out pets indoors as needed. They always ring the door bell or knock before they start and when they have completed their work. Our tech always check to see if we need any additional work done or scheduled for future service before he leaves.
